Home Making

Home-making services are available to those on the CADI waiver and might include but are not limited to:

• Meal Preparation
• Routine Household Tasks
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Assistance with Arranging Transportation
• Companionship/Emotional Support
• Assisting with Community Connections and Socialization
• Monitoring the Safety and Well-being of the person served
