About Us Olu’s Home, Inc. (OHI) is a licensed organization designed to provide residential and in-home services for individuals receiving services under the Developmental Disability (DD), Community Alternative for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Elderly and Alternative Care (EW & AC) waivers. OHI is certified in the Central Certification Program (CERT) by the City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Ramsey County, and the City of St. Paul. OHI meets the requirements for Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Woman-Owned Business (WBE), and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE). Our organization maintains an unyielding focus on providing quality services to all individuals that we serve.

Olu’s offers many services to assist our residents including counseling, job search assistance, and much more. Olu’s provides high-quality services that are specific to the needs of everyone. Olu’s services help increase functional skills, improve confidence, and build healthy relationships.
