    Nicole English is an expert in the social service arena and has held a variety of leadership positions in the Illinois & Minnesota nonprofit sector for the past 10 years. Nicole has an extensive history in behavior management and has developed a comprehensive behavior program (Reinforcement/Ranking System) for adolescents in residential treatment which was proven to be successful in promoting self-management; including development of personal responsibility for social, emotional, & academic performance. Nicole is passionate about working with at-risk populations and her personal & professional goal is to help as many individuals foster the self-respect and self-confidence needed to guide pro-social behaviors that are more acceptable. In addition, Nicole takes a great interest in the studies of Psychology and Counseling. As an affiliate member of the American Psychological Association, Nicole often utilizes the application of psychological knowledge to her work with youth, families, and people with disabilities. Nicole has a B.A. in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology form Capella University.
