  • Thank you for attending the June 28, 2019 All Staff Meeting for Olu’s Home. We had welcome and introductions and staffing updates, birthdays and anniversaries announced by Gloria Freeman, CEO as well as a strategic overview of Olu’s. Liz Hiatt, Executive Director orchestrated a lively trivia/jeopardy activity.

    Beth Bowman, the new HR Director administered an online employee satisfaction survey as well as a open feedback activity with post-its.

    Anny Xiong, HR, Beth Bowman, HR, Liz Hiatt, Executive Director and Nicole English, Program Director presented the plan for the staffing/shift restructure that will be launched September 1, 2019. The aim of this restructure is to offer more full time positions and streamline scheduling to better serve our stakeholders.
